SIAQ – CO2 Sensor (AC or EC)
Description and Application
As part of the SIAQ (Smart Indoor Air Quality) product line, which offers automated solutions, Sicflux CO₂ sensors/controllers measure the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO₂) in parts per million (ppm) using a sensitive element known as NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared Sensors). These sensors rely on infrared light absorption to determine CO₂ levels, offering excellent accuracy and durability.

SIAQ – CO Sensor (AC or EC)
Description and Application
As part of the SIAQ (Smart Indoor Air Quality) product line, Sicflux CO sensors/controllers measure carbon monoxide (CO) concentration in parts per million using an electrochemical sensing element. This component detects CO through a chemical reaction that generates an electric current proportional to the CO present in the air.

Key Benefits:
Air Quality:
Maintains CO₂ concentrations at healthy levels, improving indoor air quality.
Energy Efficiency:
Reduces energy consumption by adjusting ventilation as needed, avoiding over-ventilation.
Comfort and Productivity:
Creates a more comfortable environment for occupants, enhancing both productivity and well-being.
Includes both digital and analog outputs for fan activation and/or modulation. Can be configured to operate in PID mode or On-Off with hysteresis. Settings and setpoints are adjusted via smartphone app or BMS software, with built-in communication over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and optional BACnet serial protocol.
Measurement Range: 0–2000 ppm
Compatible with Sicflux fan line, including both single-phase (AC or EC) and three-phase models.

Key Benefits:
Occupant Safety:
Detects and prevents exposure to dangerous levels of CO, reducing the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Energy Efficiency:
Reduces energy consumption by adjusting ventilation as needed, avoiding over-ventilation.
Sicflux CO sensors/controllers can be integrated into building automation systems (BAS) for dynamic ventilation control. However, they are already equipped with built-in intelligence and can operate as IoT controllers, allowing direct connection to Sicflux fan lines, including both single-phase (AC or EC) and three-phase models.
